UV-varnish

A combined rotary screen and flexo printing machine for the application of UV inks and varnishes is implemented - a unique constellation because also aqueous coatings can be achieved in this combination. Many high performance special effects can be realised such as: glitter, rubber, relief, Braille, scratch and sniff, fluorescent, metallic or thermo chromatic.

• sheet size from 35 x 50 cm up to 74 x 104 cm
• sheet weight from 100 – 600 g/m² or max. 0,8 mm thickness
• precise constant varnishing quality with varnish application range from 3,5 g to 150 g/m², the screens are re-coatble, independent of the sheet sizes, three screen widths may be used.
• min. lines 0,15 mm, silk screen printed relief varnish with 0.4 mm
• max. sheet production is 7.300 sheets/hour
