We process materials up to a thickness of 1 mm, which can be printed and finished on one or both sides. This allows us to cover a wide range of packaging requirements – from lightweight secondary packaging to sturdy premium solutions.
Our production is designed for maximum process reliability. Thanks to state-of-the-art sheet control systems in the die cutter, 100% quality control is carried out on both sides of each individual sheet – for maximum precision, perfect register accuracy, and flawless results.
Our packaging is suitable for a wide range of industries – from tobacco to food, cosmetics, and non-food products. Using state-of-the-art printing, die-cutting, and gluing technology, we guarantee maximum accuracy and perfect workmanship, even with demanding designs. With the help of our specialized hot-melt gluing machine, we can also attach complex product samples or inserts securely and precisely outside the packaging – for eye-catching promotional or test campaigns.
Finishing that inspires
All packaging products can be finished with high-quality coatings and effects. Whether dispersion varnish, soft-touch, matt-gloss combinations, or scented varnishes—we create visual and tactile highlights that make brands unmistakable.
We place particular emphasis on our bronzing technology, which enables elegant metallic effects while also being environmentally friendly. Unlike traditional hot foil, this process does not produce any plastic carriers or residual foil waste. The metal pigments are completely recyclable, which improves the ecological balance and reduces costs at the same time – a win for sustainability and cost-effectiveness.
We also offer hot foil stamping, which can be used to create metallic effects in gold, silver, or custom colors. Blind embossing can be used to highlight individual design elements – ideal for logos, lettering, or structural elements. The combination of hot foil or bronze and embossing creates impressive 3D effects in which light and material interact with a special depth – a statement of premium quality at the POS.
